We offer hands-on support with everyday activities, helping individuals live more independently while building confidence and essential life skills. Our services include:
- Help around the home, including tasks like tidying, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other day-to-day chores.
- Encouraging skill development, by working alongside Participants to build confidence and ability in managing household responsibilities and daily routines.
- Community access and engagement with reliable transport, such as accompanying individuals to appointments, assisting with bill payments and errands, and supporting social connections with family, friends, and local groups.

We provide personalised and respectful personal care services to support NDIS Participants with daily hygiene and self-care routines. Our experienced staff tailor their approach to meet individual needs, promoting confidence, dignity, and independence. Our services include:
- Bathing and showering
- Toileting and continence support
- Dressing and grooming
- Medication reminders
- Assistance with eating
- Personal hygiene education
Our goal is to help Participants feel comfortable, capable, and supported in their daily lives.

We offer dynamic and inclusive Community Participation programs that aim to enrich the lives of NDIS Participants through engaging, real-world experiences. These programs take place in the wider community and include organised outings, day trips, and group activities.
Each program is thoughtfully designed to:
- Foster social connection and a strong sense of belonging within the community,
- Support the development of friendships, independence, and social confidence,
- Reflect personal NDIS goals, with a focus on improving self-esteem, emotional wellbeing, and overall life satisfaction.

A clean, safe, and well-cared-for home can make a big difference in a Participant’s overall comfort and emotional wellbeing. We’re here to lend a hand with:
- Routine household tasks, such as minor repairs, replacing lightbulbs, and general upkeep,
- Outdoor maintenance, including lawn mowing, basic gardening, and keeping outdoor areas neat and tidy,
- Creating a welcoming, secure space that supports independence and gives Participants a home they can feel proud of.
Our aim is to help maintain environments that are not only functional, but also uplifting and empowering.
THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT
At PureCare Plus, we provide compassionate and evidence-based paediatric therapeutic services designed to support children in reaching their full potential. We understand that the early years are critical for developing the foundations of communication, movement, emotional regulation, and social connection.
Our team works closely with families to create personalised therapy plans that nurture these essential skills, building confidence and independence from the ground up.
